I’m Brianna Christensen, MA, LMFT, and I work with couples and individuals seeking deeper connection, healing, and restoration in their relationships with themselves and others. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and trauma-informed care.
I believe that people are not defined by their symptoms, relationship struggles, or past wounds. Even in the midst of pain, conflict, loss, or disconnection, our inherent humanity and worth remain intact.
I am passionate about helping clients repair after harm, rebuild trust and intimacy, and better understand the emotional and relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Whether you are navigating communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, relational trauma, or spiritual and religious wounds, I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply compassionate.
My own experience with therapy profoundly shaped the way I practice. I bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into the therapy room, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they reclaim parts of themselves or their relationships that may feel distant, fractured, or lost.
